Shipping & Returns

Ordering

You can order from Everyday Maternity in the following ways:

Once an order has been placed a confirmatory email will be sent. You must check this email as soon as you receive it. Once we are ready to send the items out we will send a despatch email.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply an item we will advise you as soon after ordering as possible.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo.

All transactions are in £ Sterling, and are debited at point of order.

We also accept cheques by post, payable to Everyday Maternity Ltd. Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear. Please ensure you put your name and address on the rear of the cheque.

To ensure that online transactions are secure your card number is encrypted to give you total confidence to shop without risk.

Delivery

We aim to process your order within a working day of receipt, but please allow up to 7 working days. Providing all items are in stock delivery to mainland UK will be between 3-5 working days. Should an item be out of stock you will be notified at point of order.

In the event you have multiple items and one or more are out of stock you will be offered the option to wait until the complete order is ready and have everything despatched in one shipment. You can also choose to have the items shipped in batches – each shipment will be charged the appropriate delivery charge.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email advising you of this. You should receive the parcel via Royal Mail within 2/3 working days. Please contact us for your tracking number if you have not received your parcel within 7 days of your despatch email. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver a parcel a card will be left and you can either rearrange delivery for a more suitable day or collect the item yourself. Once a card has been left you have 7 days to collect the item before it is returned to the sender.

Should the parcel be returned to Everyday Maternity, we will make one further attempt to despatch it. As this is a direct cost to ourselves we reserve the right to charge a further admin fee of £2.50..

Overseas orders

All orders for non-UK addresses are processed via Google Checkout. Once you have completed your shopping, proceed to the payment section and click on the Google Checkout button to proceed.

As soon as the payment with Google Checkout has been cleared we will process the order. Please refer to the above table for shipping costs.

Returns must be clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS'. Failure to mark packages as returns will delay items at Customs and Excise, and can incur administration charges. Any administration charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Customers who are accepting imported goods from Everyday Maternity may be liable for any local import duties that apply. Deliveries outside of the EU zone will have the relevant VAT deducted at the final stage of the checkout.
