Returns

We source quality clothing and products, and are confident our products will meet your requirements, however if you wish to return an item for refund or exchange please send it back unused in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 21 working days of receipt.

Written notification of cancellation must be sent within 21 working days of the order being received either by post or email to the address in the contacts section.

Personal items such as toiletries, breast pads, panties and knickers are non-refundable.

When returning items please enclose a proof or purchase and return the item in its original packaging.

We do not refund the cost of return postage on cancelled items.

In the event that the goods are faulty we will refund any money paid including the cost of delivery.

Refunds are credited back in the manner in which they are paid.

Item must be returned using Royal Mail, and you should obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post.

Items returned for refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 working days of receipt.

Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers or the Gift Wrapping Service.
