We source quality clothing and products, and are confident they will meet your requirements, however if you wish to return an item for refund or exchange our ‘goodwill’ returns policy is as follows, which is in addition to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 referred to as the Distance Selling Regulations.

Returns

For a refund items must be returned within 21 days of dispatch with a proof of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging with tags attached and in a re-saleable condition.

Sale items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.

Exchange items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.

Personal items such as toiletries, breast pads, tights, panties and knickers are non-refundable.

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition, you fail to take reasonable care of the goods or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return all or part of the order we do not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed.

We are unable to refund swimwear or underwear unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place. We suggest trying goods on over your own underwear for reasons of hygiene. A refund maybe refused if it is obvious that this hasn’t been done

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We do not refund the cost of return postage on cancelled or returned items.

If a discount, credit note or gift voucher was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

We suggest items are returned using Royal Mail 'Recorded Signed For', and you should obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post.

Items returned for refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 working days of receipt.

Your account will be updated once your items are received for processing. You can check whether your items have been received by logging into your account.

If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers or the Gift Wrapping Service.

OVERSEAS RETURNS

The above returns policy also applies to overseas orders.

Overseas returns must be clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS'. Failure to mark packages as returns will delay items at Customs and Excise, and can incur administration charges. Any administration charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. We will refund the price paid for unwanted items but delivery charges, or any duties and taxes will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange an item for an alternative style, size or colour. Please return the unwanted product (within the time frames outlined in the Returns Policy), stating your replacement item. Any price difference will be credited or debited accordingly. The cost of sending the item back to us is at your cost. We will pay the postage on the first ‘exchange’. Any subsequent exchanges will be charged at £2.50 per parcel.

Exchanged items must be returned within 7 working days of the replacement item being received.

FAULTY GOODS

In the event that the goods are faulty please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will review the item. Please provide the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product Code/Product Name
  • Details of the fault

Upon receipt of the item we will contact you to.
