23rd March

Another delivery from Sweden arrived today.  First out of the box is the Fastfood Maternity Swimsuit.  This is a genius product from Boob Design - it is a maternity and breastfeeding swimsuit all in one.  Impossibly well made and good looking, we love it. Practical and stylish, all in one.

3rd March

Its flaming hot here at Everyday Maternity with the arrival of the Spring Collection from Boob. Flame Red is the key colour for the collection - and we love this splash of hot colour. Our pick of the collections are the Boob Nursing Carmen Blouse and the Boob Nursing Hood - both in Flame Red.

9th February

Our invite arrived today for the 2011 Fashion Awards - we are shortlisted once again, and are very proud.  We thank-you all for  voting.

Other news for today, is that the first delivery of Boob Nursing Wear is with us.  Our favourite piece is the Knitted Sweater - which is so soft, you won't want to take it off. In pretty pink and soft black, they are great choices for across the season.

28th January

Just in the new Bellybutton Peaches Denim Skirt - this is a dark blue version of the Bellybutton classic.  It works across the seasons, match it with tights for winter and dare to bare in summer, with some cute sandals. A great investment piece.

26th January

Just arrived into stock this morning are the Black Breast Pads from Carriwell.  As far as we know these are the first black nursing pads available.  They are great to wear under bra nursing bras.

20th January

Just heard today that we have been shortlisted in the 2011 Prima Baby Awards - we are off to London on 16th March for the Awards Ceremony. Fingers crossed.

13th January

We've just amended the Anita Underwire Nursing Bra, adding the I-Cup - which is now available in 32, 34, 36 and 38 back sizes.  This is our most popular underwire nursing bra, so it is great news that it is now available in I-Cup.

11th January

Emma-Jane Maternity have brought out a new colour in their classic swimsuit. It now comes in a plum/purple - which makes a nice change from black.

New in this month is the Bellybutton Keila Nursing Top. Available in bright fuchsia or classic black, this breastfeeding top has the ease of the cache-couer wrap.

Anita Maternity produce some lovely seamless underwear for comfort during pregnancy.  The Seamless Maternity Bustier sells well, although some women do prefer a lower neckline.  In response to this Anita has produced a cross-over style bra that can be worn as a sleep maternity bra and then used for breastfeeding.  A great investment piece.

Another great product from Lansinoh has arrived.  This fabulous new double breast pump allows mothers to express from both breasts simultaneously so they can express milk in half the time of regular breast pumps.

We recently had a delivery of evening maternity wear from Noppies. The new collection from 9Fashion is now available on-line. 9Fashion are a designed and produced in Europe and have a tradition for form fitting clothes in bold colours and designs.  We have selected our favourite pieces from the collection.  This includes some smart, yet affordable work pieces.

Carriwell Lace Trim Nursing Bra

We have added a new bra to our selection of breastfeeding underwear.  The lace trim nursing bra is a soft, affordable bra with a simple cross-over style for fuss free breastfeeding.  The bra has a high content of cotton and can be worn as a sleep bra either during pregnancy or whilst nursing.

Coloured Maternity Tights

Coloured tights are all the rage  – so we have added two new colours to the range – blue maternity tights and purple maternity tights.  Match them with your denim skirt and snug boots for a bright look. 

Maternity Jeans - what is your style

We have updated the range of maternity jeans available to you lovely pregnant women - by extending the Noppies Maternity Jeans range.  Added to the range are Straight Leg Maternity Jeans, Slim Fit Maternity Jeans and Flared Maternity Jeans.  Noppies also do a Skinny Maternity Jean - but we are not sure that there is much demand for these at the moment - @ematernity us on Twitter or leave a message on Facebook if you think differently?

Nude Nursing Bra

We had a lovely email from one of our customers this week, thanking us for her recent order, but also wondering why we don't do a skin nursing bra - as these look better under white t-shirts.  So we looked into it and have added nude in three styles.  We love hearing from you - it is the best way to improve our service and product offering.  Feel free to email us, tweet us or leave a message on our Facebook page.

The Boob Maternity has developed a home wear collection for this season, and we have selected two of the most luscious items for Everyday Maternity.  We opted for these two particular pieces as they are both beautiful and practical.  The Boob Nursing PJ Top can be worn during pregnancy and then for breastfeeding.  The top has a good stretch, and the renowned double layer for simple nursing.

Mix up the polka dots with some gingham Boob PJ Pants. Again these have a dual use – they will see you through pregnancy as either pj bottoms or funky house trousers.  Accept your visitors in style in the matching set.

Jeggings or Denim Leggings?

Breastfeeding and Swine Flu

The latest advice from the Department of Health for breastfeeding mothers seems to be to continue to nurse your baby.  For some useful websites and links take a look at our Maternity Fact Sheet on the subject.

Part of the advice is that if mother or baby becomes too ill to breastfeed then express milk and feed with this expressed milk.
