Boob Home Wear

In 2009 Boob further enhanced the range and added the Boob Home Wear range with styles for night and leisure - so comfortable, you may never take them off.....

Boob Corporate Responsibility

Given that Boob was created out of concern for breastfeeding mothers, with a conscious mind that there are newborn babies and babies on their way, so it seems only natural that they are concerned about the next generation too and caring for the planet that they will live on. Boobs aim is to use materials that are envionmentally optimal, since 2008 the company has increased their use of green material from 20% to 81% in the total production with the goal to make it 100%. To help reduce their environmental impact Boob takes many responsible steps;

  • All production is in Europe  - in factories where they know that the employees are treated well and are decently paid.
    Boob's Code of Conduct is based on the ILO Conventions and the UN Conventions on the Rights of the Child - the code includes the abolition of child labour, the elimination of discrimination in the workplace, compliance with local labour law and health and safety in the workplace.

  • OEKO-Tex Standard 100 - is a certified jersey that is completely free of toxins

  • Organic Cotton - over 80% of the Boob range is made from organic cotton.  The cotton is grown without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers, which is better for the health of the cotton farmer as well as nature.

  • Recycled Materials - the fleece used in the collections is made from recycled plastic bottles

Aswell as this, the Boob team in Sweden do everything in their power in the offices to be enviornmentally friendly, whether it is choosing organic or eco-label when buying food or other supplies for the office, or cleaning the office with eco-friendly cleaning agents. Boob put as much effort into caring for the environment, as they do for designing the best of maternity wear.
