Conditions of Use

Everyday Maternity’s aim is to provide total satisfaction from ordering to delivery. When you place an order with us you do so in the confidence that the following terms and conditions apply:

Prices

Prices listed are in £GBP and are exclusive of delivery. Delivery charges apply. We may change the stated price of an item at any time. The price you pay will be that in force at the time of your order. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. Should a Pricing error arise, we will inform you if an error arises and you may choose to proceed or cancel the order.

Promotional and multibuy discounts

Multibuy discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts and multibuy discounts must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.


Colour representation

We make every effort to ensure that the colour reproduction of images and product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However due to the number of different brands we work with, slight variations may occur.


Consequential loss

Everyday Maternity Limited shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Data protection

We do not pass on your email address to any other company at any time. If you subscribe to our eNewsletter, you can be confident that your email address will only be used by Everyday Maternity to inform you of special offers. Should you wish to unsubscribe at any time please email info@everydaymaternity.com with unsubscribe in the subject title.

Unless you have opted out on the order form, we may from time to time make our mailing list available to carefully selected companies whose products may be of interest to you.
